Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia MotoGP Mandalika 2026 selalu ada cerita. Kali ini giliran pebalap Alex Rins yang viral, akibat tensi tinggi yang sempat dialaminya saat menjalani sesi Practice MotoGP Mandalika 2026.
Alex Rins sempat mengacungkan 'jari tengah' kepada marshall. Hal ini bisa diartikan betapa kecewanya dirinya saat menjalani sesi Practice.
Kini pebalap asal Spanyol di bawah Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP ini langsung meminta maaf dalam akun instagram pribadi miliknya.

"Ahhh this one hurts 😩 P11 and so close to go straight into Q2! We had a really good feeling on the bike today, with some strong pace and the potential to do even more. Frustrating to miss out but a lot of positives to take from today. We're not done yet," tulis Alex Rins pada akun instagram miliknya.
Dalam akun tersebut, pemilik akun instagram @so_icexy pun memberikan tanggapannya bahwa hal tersebut bukanlah kesalahan dari Marshall yang bertugas di MotoGP Mandalika.
"the marshal in that scene already explained, its clearly not their fault, its just a big misunderstanding, if you want to blame someone, blame the mandalika management. The marshal gets instruction to carry fallen rider around that area using car but since its a time attack session, clearly Alex want to get to paddock as quickly as possible. Thats why the two marshal you see on that video bickering. One told Rins to follow the instruction and using car, while the other try help Rins using motorcycle which is quicker. The marshal also explained the reason they got told to use car for that area is because the path from there to paddock are through fans area, so they afraid that might be a fans try to crowded the rider," tulis akun @so_icexy.

Dengan kerendahan hati Alex, Alex mengakui kesalahannya dan dirinya meminta maaf.
"A moment of tension in the middle of the practice... I apologize to the marshal🙏🏽🫶🏼," tulis Alex Rins dalam akun media sosialnya.
Seperti diketahui bersama, peristiwa tensi tinggi ini terjadi karena Alex tak punya cukup banyak waktu, karena hanya tersisa dua menit. Alex mencari motor terdekat untuk bisa mengantarkannya.
Alex Rins mau menumpang motor yang ada di luar lintasan, yang sedang diduduki marshall. Dua marshall mendekat, terjadi perbincangan dan Alex tidak bisa jalan.
Rider Yamaha itu kesal lalu turun dan memberikan jari tengah. Rins kemudian naik motor fotografer.
